freeshop.az is an online platform that sells digital products (Free Fire Diamonds, PUBG Mobile UC, Point Blank TG, Steam game currencies, TikTok Coins, and more) for mobile and desktop (PC) games as well as social media. Products are added to the user's account either automatically through the system or manually by an operator.
2. User Registration and Account Security
You must ensure that the information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
Account security is solely the user's responsibility.

freeshop.az reserves the right to investigate or restrict a user account when necessary.
3. Products and Payments
Prices are shown in AZN and may change due to market fluctuations.
Payment methods: bank cards, installment cards, wallet and terminal payments.
After payment is confirmed, the balance is automatically increased; after the order, the product is delivered automatically or manually within a short time.
Delays are possible in cases of technical failure or product unavailability; the user will be notified accordingly.
4. Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, used codes are not refunded or exchanged.
If a technical problem occurred on the part of freeshop.az, the transaction will be restored.
Refunds are not possible for transactions that occurred as a result of incorrect selection or information provided by the user.
5. Prohibited Activities
A user account may be blocked without warning in the following cases:
Unauthorized sale or sharing of products or codes;
Providing misleading or false information;
Harmful activity against the platform or other users (DDoS, hacking attempts, etc.).
6. Privacy and Data Protection
User data is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
Personal data is not shared with third parties (except for legal obligations).

Updated terms are published on the site and the user's continued activity is considered acceptance of these changes.
10. Age of Majority and Card Usage Responsibility
By making a payment using the site, the person confirms that they are the owner of the bank card or are performing the transaction with the cardholder's permission.
Payments confirmed with 3D Secure are considered legally valid and cannot be refunded.
For payments made by persons under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, full responsibility lies with the customer or their parents (legal guardians).
freeshop.az does not refund payments in such cases and only provides technical support.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Disputes are resolved in the courts of Baku city.
